Our area has more hiking trails than any other section of the river and there are additional trails in the National Forest. See the most photographed rock in Arkansas, Hawksbill Craig: the awesome Pedestal Rocks, rock climber's favorite Sam's Throne; beautiful Lost Valley and more.

Looking for crafts, shows, and unique shops? A day trip to Eureka Springs, a Victorian spa city, can include attractions like The Great Passion Play and the narrow gauge railroad. It's just a pleasant hour's drive, tour the famous Crescent Hotel, and the church entered through the dome, enjoy fine dinning and see the turn of the century homes and buildings

The hub of activity with shops, restaurants and grocery stores ready to serve you. The Ozarks are brimming with a variety of activities and adventure where fun and hospitality abound. We're just 1 mile east of Jasper, and 19 miles from Harrison.

Has great musical shows and is an easy driven you can choose from country music, gospel, and comedy shows by some of the biggest names in the business.

Another good day trip to see the famous Bass Pro Shop with it's wildlife exhibits.

We have 3 wilderness areas nearby; the upper Buffalo, Ponca, and Richland.

There are golf courses in Harrison, Diamond City, Bull Shoals and Huntsville.

Elk Capitol of Arkansas by proclamation of the governor, and you can enjoy seeing the herd at many locations along the Buffalo River. We'll help you select a spot for elk viewing. We also have a wonderful variety of other wildlife. Exploring Newton County is an adventure.

Close enough to Bull Shoals Lake for an easy day trip to enjoy boating and fishing there.
